Dr. Troy H. Jones is a pastor, author, and entrepreneur passionate about helping people and organizations thrive. For more than two decades, he has served as Lead Pastor of New Life Church in Renton, Washington—a vibrant, multi-campus church of over 4,500 people known for its heart for missions, leadership development, and community impact.

Beyond the local church, Troy is the founder of HopeGives, a distinctively Christian crowdfunding platform fueling global missions and causes, and the co-founder of PastorStays, a movement designed to fight pastoral burnout by connecting ministry leaders with places of rest. He is also the author of several books, including The Mosaic Marriage: How Two Imperfect People Become One Masterpiece, written with his wife Jana, a certified life coach.

Troy speaks nationally and internationally on leadership, marriage, and ministry, bringing his blend of wit, wisdom, and boldness to inspire hope and action. He and Jana have been married for 36 years, raising two daughters who are now married with families of their own. Together they delight in their five grandchildren, who remind them daily of the importance of legacy and faith.

For more than 30 years, Scott Wilson grew Oaks Church into a thriving local ministry with high global impact. Under his leadership, the Oaks has served thousands of families in the South Dallas area and has raised up and sent out hundreds of successful leaders, both nationally and internationally. Having seen the valuable impact of providing a spiritual covering to many church leaders, Scott founded Ready Set Grow, a ministry to help churches break through their growth barriers by sharing his own experience and best-in-class partners. Scott has written many books and is a sought-after speaker on personal, spiritual and organizational growth and leadership. Scott and his wife, Jenni, have been married since 1990 and have three sons, two daughters-in-law, two grandsons and one granddaughter: Dillon and Holly (and Jonas), Hunter and Emily (and Teddy & Charlie), and Dakota and Andrea.

Steve Thomas has spent more than 30 years helping organizations build leadership, develop people, and create cultures where people can come to work and be the best version of themselves.

He genuinely wants to see people live better lives and has a passion to develop people to get the most out of their leadership and life. Through speaking, coaching, and conversations, he challenges leaders to grow, rethink, and see leadership for what it is…a responsibility.

It’s obvious that better people make better organizations. While many start with tips and techniques to fix the deep challenges, Steve prefers to dig below the surface to address the deeper issues we often don’t…beliefs, blind spots and behaviors. Uncomfortable? Yes. But often times the uncomfortable is necessary. Convinced that leadership drives culture—and culture drives everything else, he challenges current thinking and belief systems to create growth and improvement…and maybe even a little more fun.

In fact, part of his mission is simple: make the work culture more fun. (Or “enjoyable” for the fun-impaired.)

Steve has a knack for making complicated ideas simple and practical. In fact, it’s almost a hobby. He loves challenging people to rethink what they’ve always thought. As he often says:
“If you think what you’ve always thought, you’ll get what you’ve always got.”

When he’s not working with leaders and organizations, Steve coaches football and lives in Springfield, Illinois with his wife, Debbie. She’s a retired educational consultant who spent her career doing much of the same work he does—except she’s way better at it than he is.
