2026 Prayer Initiative
-
Our Prayer Initiative is designed to bring churches and believers together in intentional, unified prayer. Through designated prayer gatherings, we create opportunities for people to seek God together, listen for His direction, and pray intentionally for their churches, communities, and the needs around them. At the heart of the initiative is a simple commitment: to make prayer a priority and create spaces where people can gather consistently to seek God together. The goal is not simply to have another meeting on the calendar, but to cultivate a culture of prayer. One where churches and individuals are encouraged, equipped, and united in seeking God.

Prayer Captains are passionate about prayer and have a heart for bringing people together to seek God. They are equipped to lead a prayer gathering, create an intentional and welcoming environment, and help mobilize others to participate in prayer. They help ensure that the gathering is intentional, well-organized, and responsive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Prayer Captains help create a space where people can come together in unity, pray with purpose, and seek God for their church, community, and the needs around them.

Prayer is foundational to the life of a church. A Prayer Coordinator helps make prayer more than an occasional activity by providing direction, connection, and consistency. A Prayer Coordinator serves as a leader for prayer within the church. They help identify opportunities for prayer, encourage participation, support Prayer Directors, and help connect the church's prayer efforts with the broader vision of the Prayer Initiative.
