Bylaw Updates Review

As part of our commitment to stewarding the future of our network with clarity and excellence, we are proposing a series of updates to our Network Bylaws for consideration at Network Conference. These revisions focus primarily on refreshing language, aligning terminology with current practice, and ensuring our bylaws accurately reflect how we operate today and where we are headed as a fellowship.

During Network Tour, we will walk through the proposed changes together, explain the intent behind the updates, and provide space for questions and feedback. Our goal is to ensure every minister and church has the opportunity to review these revisions in advance and understand how they support healthy governance and mission alignment across our network.

For your convenience, both documents are available below:

• Current Bylaws with Red Line Changes
• Proposed New Bylaws

We encourage you to read through these materials before Network Tour and bring your insights to the conversation. Thank you for your partnership, your engagement, and your continued commitment to advancing the Gospel across Arizona.

The Church Support Network is a ministry-focused organization committed to helping churches advance the gospel by removing technical obstacles that hinder their ministry. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, the Church Support Network provides hands-on support, mentoring, and training that empower pastors, staff, and volunteers to serve more effectively.

By providing expertise in areas that many churches struggle to staff internally, such as Audio/Video, new technology, and administrative support, Church Support Network allows pastors to spend less time managing logistics and more time leading, teaching, and shepherding their congregations.

At its core, Church Support Network exists to partner with churches as a trusted partner, helping them build healthier systems, develop capable teams, and pursue their ministry goals with clarity, excellence, and long-term impact.
