End User License Agreement — AZMN SF (Salesforce to QuickBooks connector)

Licensor: Arizona Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God ("the Network"), 2601 E Thomas Road, Suite 210, Phoenix, AZ 85016

1. What this covers

AZMN SF is an internal software integration owned and operated by the Network. It links the Network's Salesforce system to the Network's QuickBooks Online company. This agreement governs use of that integration by anyone the Network authorizes.

2. Who may use it

Only Network employees and contractors who have been given access by the Network's finance office. The integration is not licensed to the public or to any other organization. No one may connect it to a QuickBooks company other than the Network's own.

3. Permitted use

Authorized users may use the integration solely to record and reconcile the Network's contributions and related accounting entries. Users may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or repurpose the integration or its credentials.

4. Accounts and credentials

Each user signs in with their own Salesforce and QuickBooks credentials. Users must keep credentials confidential, use multi-factor authentication where offered, and report any suspected compromise to the finance office immediately. The Network may suspend or revoke access at any time.

5. Data

QuickBooks Online data accessed through the integration remains the property of the Network and is subject to the Network's Privacy Policy for this integration and to Intuit's terms of service. Users must handle donor information in accordance with Network policy.

6. Third-party terms

Use of QuickBooks Online is also governed by Intuit's Terms of Service. Use of Salesforce is governed by Salesforce's terms. Nothing in this agreement grants rights in Intuit or Salesforce products.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The integration is provided "as is." The Network makes no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the Network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the integration.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically when a user's authorization ends or when the Network discontinues the integration. On termination the user must stop using it.

9. Governing law

Arizona law governs this agreement. Venue is Maricopa County, Arizona.
